TorZon Market utilizes a decentralized, tiered support infrastructure designed to maintain operational security while resolving user issues efficiently. All communications are logged within the encrypted database and purged after 30 days of ticket closure.
MANDATORY: Do not use cleartext for sensitive data (private keys, tracking numbers, drop addresses). PGP encryption is required for all account recovery and vendor dispute communications. Failure to encrypt sensitive data will result in immediate ticket closure.
